Boys Varsity Indoor Track, Girls Varsity Indoor Track · Indoor Track Results – Lehigh University

The men and women’s track team had another successful weekend of competing!
On Friday night, the girl’s finished with 10 overall PR’s, and 2 more MOC qualifiers! The lady Panthers also took home 1 medal.
Danielle Scott, who has recently moved up to the mid distance events, continues to excel and impress on a weekly basis! Danielle ran the 800m for the second time this season (and her career) dropped 5 seconds from her previous PR, and ran an very impressive 2:23. Danielle took 2nd overall by .01, but came off the track with a lot left in the tank. Danielle, improved her seed time for MOC and is now a front runner to WIN the 800m. Danielle continued her successful night, with a new 200m PR of 26.5 in the 4x200m relay.
Makala Hansen continues to get back into old form, and ran a season’s best in the mile while qualifying for MOC in the process. Makala is still on her rehab training schedule, and to qualify for MOC in the mile with only 3 days of running a week is extremely impressive. Keep up the good work!
Olivia Miller made her return to the lineup this weekend and started where she left off before the holidays. Olivia threw a huge PR in shot put, 34′ and qualified for MOC. Olivia also doubled in the 4×200 meter.
The 4×200 meter relay of Diamond Farmer, Olivia Miller, Chelsea Meltzer and Danielle Scott improved the teams overall relay PR by 2 seconds, and are currently only .5 seconds way from the State standard.
