Boys Varsity Cross Country, Girls Varsity Cross Country · Cross Country – Regular Season Results

The men’s XC team finished the regular season with 4-2 record, after beating both Abington and Council Rock North in yesterday’s meet.
Joe Tuman was the hero of the day, as he slipped passed 2 CR North runners right at the finish line, which won the meet for the Panthers.
The boys are currently in the 3 way tie for 2nd place in the league, battling with Pennsbury and CR North, who also are 4-2. The Panthers will challenge for a league title at the end of the month at SOL championships in Lehigh.
The girls XC team, riddled with injuries and sickness, took on both Abington and North as well. Even though the girls lost both races, they ran tough and continue to grow. The girls finished their regular season 1-5, but will look to be healthy going into the the championship season.
The team as a whole will be racing next at our own WT Invitational this Saturday starting at 1:00pm. Over 600 runners will be on campus this weekend for our 64th Annual Invitational. Come out to support! This will be both team’s final invitational of the season before they race at the SOL league and District championships at the end of October.
