Boys Varsity Track · CR North Kiwanis – Boy’s Track Results

From Coach Murphy:
Tennent Boy’s turned a lot of heads this weekend at the CR North Kiwanis Invitational! The panthers came away with 6 medals and 12 more PR’s!
Fern Delgado continued to show he can sprint with the state’s best. Taking on 3 of the 9 indoor medalist in the 200m. He finished 4th, missing out on 2nd by .06. All this after PR’ing in the 400m earlier in the day.Our under classmen really wowed today, and showed everyone that Tennent’s future is bright! Jason Vogt won the freshman 1500m, while Evan Chester and Cole Shapiro (both 10th) ran very well in the 3k. Our freshman 4×1 also took 2nd. Freshman, George Slook, also placed 9th in the 1500m!

With 5 days off from racing, the boy’s will look to improve even more with a good week of training before Friday’s Upper Moreland Invite.
