From Coach Murphy –
The men’s track team took on Bensalem HS, the reigning SOL National conference champions. The Panthers didn’t pull out the win but did compete hard. Great performances we’re put in by Fern Delgado, Joe Roller, David DaSilva and Shane Magrann; who won the 4×100. Joe and Fern also placed in the 100m and 200m.
Miles Hutton and Dean Ricco, took 2nd in both the 1600 and 3200m to lead a solid day for the distance team.
Mike Woods won the long jump and Drew Ford and James Richie scored points in the Javelin.
The Panthers did come away with 9 more PR’s today, so even in a tough loss there are a ton of positives to build on!
